“Live in each season as it passes; breathe the air, drink the drink, taste the fruit, and resign yourself to the influence of the earth.” Henry David Thoreau - Walden, 1854.
BTW A bit off topic... But, did you know that Jägermeister is made in hell? image
Well, I could not resist taking cheesy pictures with our kitten and the new chicks....
image On Wednesday, the Libra Full Moon arrives as the balancing point to the Pisces New Moon’s call for self-trust. Where the New Moon asked us to plant seeds in the waters of intuition and surrender, this Full Moon asks us to assess the harvest of our emotional energy—and whether we’ve been giving it away too freely. Libra, the sign of scales, of partnership, of the sacred dance between self and other, illuminates a single, essential question: Where have I lost my balance?
Something is moving in you. Let it be seen before you name it. Because the moment you name it, you begin to shrink it. You take something alive, something still revealing itself, and press it into a shape too soon. You call it sadness. You call it fear. You call it longing. You call it confusion. And once you do, you stop watching it and start living inside the name. That is how people become ruled by things they never truly understood. So when something rises in you, do not rush to say what it is. Pause. Stay with it just before the word.
Prayer is far more than a seed. If you decide to call upon grace, that is a major force, because what you are actually asking is for the whole universe to come in and shine a light upon this human being. That’s not small time. You are asking grace to rebuild cell tissue. You are asking grace—and the God in heaven—to come in and do what we cannot do. This is what prayer and healing are about. You are saying, ‘I have done everything I can do. I’m asking you to take over. Caroline Myss image
