Too Many Puppies
I don't like prologues. Don't give me some random character i'm never going to see again, with some weird in medias res that I don't understand, for 15 pages... and THEN start the book in earnest after I've slogged through that.
Prologues should be the second chapter, if at all.
Hey @Geek I'm back on the #NATEOAS train and this time it's far, far, far deeper, weirder and more potent than last time. I can't wait to share this with you. I've been using it as my daily-driver productivity tool - basically a mini computer, maybe like a palm pilot, but omnipresent and malleable - and collaborating with AI agents through it (to build it).
