nostr hack: have a big (but still considered) following list because it's useful for discovery, WoT raw materials, Other Stuff, etc. but create a private "favorite npubs" list as a subset of your follows, and be VERY selecive with who goes on it. adjust it liberally without fear of "losing someone".
only look at the "favorites" list as your main feed; think of the standard "following" feed like you would "global".
