One can envision the base layer of #Bitcoin becoming a base money, with second-layer solutions evolving into a broader form of money. It's probable that there will be far more claims on base layer Bitcoins than the fixed 21 million. The higher the barriers to using the base layer, the greater the odds of unbacked paper Bitcoins being created on second-layer solutions.

Not sure.
Installed LNbits, minted some eCash. It appears that Hal was correct: I wonder if these eCash tokens from different mints will eventually trade at a discount if people realize there might be fractional reserves backing them. @Ben Arc @calle

Who said it: 'We are nothing if we walk alone; we are everything when we walk together in step with other dignified feet'?
Is there any knowledge about a straightforward method for B2C companies to provide Bitcoin cashback to their customers? Perhaps a service that facilitates the inclusion of an LNURL withdrawal QR code on their receipts or a similar solution. Could any LNbits extension fulfill this requirement?

The accumulation of capital and the prevalence of individualism have brought Western civilizations to the brink of collapse. There are no longer any significant shared goals or a sense of unity. The destruction of capital has the potential to humble individuals from "developed" countries and promote a renewed willingness to cooperate with each other. Blowing up rockets and making false promises of delivering people to Mars is a stupid way to destroy capital in pursuit of an absurd goal. Making substantial investments in various fields of science could be a more effective way to burn excess capital and bring people together.

The total points for each currency are the sum of its scores across all criteria. Based on this assessment, Bitcoin scored highest with 21 points, followed by USD with 17 points, and gold with 14 points:

In the past, media sometimes used to be a watchdog for society by monitoring and holding accountable those in positions of power. Over time, the media shifted its role and became more of a lapdog for those in power. Now, AI is being utilized as a combat dog by those in power, to achieve their desired outcomes.
