I find it quite comical that some devs in Bitcoin are trying to subvert the state but won’t dare put one toe out of line regarding software licenses.

If you're doing an initial block download (IBD) of the Bitcoin blockchain with Bitcoin Core, consider increasing the `dbcache` setting to speed up the sync. Make sure you leave enough memory for your system and other processes though!
