What is the deal with BiTBO not showing @strike as a place to buy bitcoin, but it has 26 other exchanges listed?

Hypothetical. Can someone walk me through what would happen if bitcoin price just gapped up to about $220-250k in less than a few minutes? Asking for a friend.
