2:1 ratio beef to pork meatballs all sourced from a family farm in Utah. Investing in a kitchen scale is a great way to have consistent results every time. And don’t forget to save the rendered fat for gravy to something similar. #foodstr

I’m finally settled in Vegas. It’s over 100 degrees but still grilling on the new Blackstone with great quality grass fed beef from Utah. And some pastured chicken too.
