I’m finally settled in Vegas. It’s over 100 degrees but still grilling on the new Blackstone with great quality grass fed beef from Utah. And some pastured chicken too.

1/2 water, 1/2 orange juice, and a teaspoon of Redmond real salt is a great Gatorade replacement when you’re working outside in the heat and sweating like crazy.
I’ve been taking advantage of the nice weather to cut, stack, and burn some wood, mostly oak.
