I just tripled rendered 3.5 lbs of tallow from some suet my rancher gave me. It has a slight gold hue to it and does not have a strong “beef smell”. I used a wet rendering method with Redmond real salt. A comparable amount of tallow from epic (on Amazon) would set me back about 240k sats.
Don’t waste your bitcoin on an expensive knife set. Get yourself a good quality chef knife. It can do basically any task and will last many years. Sharpen often and hone before each use. #foodstr

Even though I do use other seasonings, I think a good quality salt is the most important. Redmond real salt from an inland sea bed in Utah is a great choice for trace minerals and no microplastics.
