This is alarming, a well thought out realistic path to AI destroying civilization. I believe that open source open weight AI is our only viable path to a safe a prosperous future with artificial intelligence.

I used to model when I was younger and apparently I had a savings account with around 6k left in it. In 2023 I had been talking about #Bitcoin non-stop for 3 years and my mother decided instead of rolling it into another CD that she would buy some BTC for me. She just told me today that she had .17BTC for me as a graduation gift! 🤯🤯 That 6k had turned into 18k in the past 2 years. Such an amazing feeling I am incredibly grateful!!🙏🏽🙏🏽

#Bitcoincore drama lately what are yall’s thoughts? My personal opinion is that Bitcoins base layer will become increasingly expensive and arbitrary data will be priced out but it’s an open protocol that individuals can choose to use however they’d like. I think that it should be used for monetary purposes but I’m not technical enough rly weigh in on expanding OPreturn vs adding arbitrary data elsewhere. I just don’t want any significant changes to #Bitcoin bc it works perfectly as is. With that being said, I’ve been rooting for a hard fork so I can dump the forked coins for more real BTC.
