Oh wow, I just learnt about NIP-15 Marketplaces from @Ben Arc on the What Bitcoin Did podcast. It pretty much covers the scope of offering access to EV charge points over nostr. I will update the Strom nostr flow to use NIP-15, I think you could even update the product with NIP-33 to cover connector availability and dynamic pricing.
