I have no idea how this thing works in practice, I wasn't there for the Blocksize War, however if I could I would just sell the "eCaSh" [poorly named] and buy more sats with it. Simple. Why are people panicking again?

Most Lightning ⚡ users don't understand or care about channel force closures... Until one day, their channel is force closed and they find themselves with sats onchain they're forced to move away. You don't have that problem with Ecash. You only have new problems 🙂

I think AI is exposing the strong desire for total control we humans have. Either we all have total control over ourselves or someone else has total control over us and we just don't know it. Everything I'm building and designing is promoting the former.

Unpopular opinion: Lightning ⚡ will become the Fedimint+LSP-only model and Ecash will be the dominant way to transact everywhere simply because of its bearer asset + offline properties. Onchain 🔗 = Big highway for Big Banks Lightning ⚡= Big highway for ANY Banks Ecash 🥜 = Simple cash-like, Medium of Exchange 💱

Claim sats / order complete / 6. Go live your life 7. Get notified when something interesting pops up 8. Repeat when you feel like it.
