I’m not very smart but I’ve managed to eke out some modest success despite that. Simple rules have been the key. My career is selling commodities. The entire job can be summed up in four words: buy low, sell high. I can remember that. My favorite rule that has led to my biggest successes is also four words: stay humble, stack sats. (Thanks @ODELL ) Not all my rules are four words. Two of my favorites are: Do the right thing, especially when it’s hard. and… Don’t lie.
