This is my second post about toilet paper. Not trying to make it a thing, but just consider that someone, somewhere has to answer customer service questions from the phone number on the bottom of every Costco roll of toilet paper. For their sake, I hope that person stacks sats.

When I discovered that most problems are caused by broken money it was SUCH a relief. Rather than fighting to save the whales, end wars, or address all manner of human and ecological suffering one symptom at a time, we can just adopt better money and watch the world incrementally improve?!? It’s 2025. How is this still what we use to start our cars? Must we always have bulgy pockets?

In past cycles I have been luke warm. In 2016 it was a few dollars at a time. Had I had more conviction, life could be very different today. I have a family and I will not ask them to go without, but we are clear about needs vs wants. Everything after needs are met is Bitcoin and increasingly we are on a Bitcoin standard, spending in Bitcoin when we can. The Opportunity Cost app has helped me to start thinking in sats. @Marty Bent I chase stacking goals denominated in sats, not dollars and it always feels like an asymptote since the price moves faster than the cash comes in sometimes. I may not ever hit my next goal if the next few months go how I expect them to, but I will not regret being luke warm this cycle. I have done my best for my family.

I tell my kids all the time that they need to work hard to make the world beautiful again. Like what even is this thing?
