I hear people say the US is going to “inflate the debt away”, but the only thing that grows at a faster pace than government money printing is government money spending. What am I missing. They seem to inflate enough to service the debt, but no one has ever attempted to repay it.

It’s easier to stack 10 Bitcoin this year than it is to stack 1 Bitcoin per year for the next 10 years. It’s easier to stack 10 million sats this year than it is to stack 1 million sats per year for the next 10 years. Scale as appropriate, but pack what you need for the trip because prices will be higher when we get there. Are your bags packed?

Feature idea for @primal Since the feed is chronological and there’s a pop up to take you back to the top when there are new posts, you finish with those 3-4 posts and then you’re in re-run territory trying to scroll back to where you were. What if when you get to the bottom of the new posts, there was another pop up that took you back to where you were when you clicked the link to see the new posts. If you want to scroll down you can, otherwise you can efficiently jump back to where you were.

Aren’t Stablecoins an attack on the central banks, currencies and by proxy governments/ruling elite of the 3rd world? Why don’t you hear about violent prohibitions of stablecoins in emerging markets?

My kid made friends with a another kid whose Dad works for Visa. He is a phd and runs a team that processes billions in transactions. Humble guy, but very smart. I tried to talk to him about Bitcoin and he didn’t even have a cursory understanding of what it is or even the problems that inflation cause. I tried about six different angles during a two hour play date and couldn’t get a hook set. He had already written it off years ago and wasn’t going to give it a minute of thought.
