Free users are the most needy and require the most time to support - time I don’t want to give. So, it’ll all be paid.

With ChatGPT seemingly decreasing performance, it might be a good guess to say they're ready to release a new model. Could be diverting resources to the new one to make it seem amazing... until people start using it and they throttle it back again.
Just my guess...
Seems like all the models are getting dumber. Last week I was generating great images, this week it turns up total nonsense. (Chatgpt). also struggled significantly interpreting the basics of what I wanted.
Claude just seems lazy now. Doesn't get creative, defaults to ugly things.

I wanted to take screenshots in ways other tools didn’t allow for so I built a screenshot tool.
I remembered how painful it was to watch remote sync videos only to find out there’s nothing for me in the meeting, so I built an AI-first screen recorder (soon to be meeting software)
I wanted to get in shape so I built a fitness app
I knew I’d need to do SEO but can’t do everything myself and it’ll need to be automated if my apps are ever to have organic growth so I built an SEO tool (well, still building)
I didn’t like the limitations of my nostr client so I built my own.

The SEO tool I’m building is BYOA - bring your own agent.
I don’t want to be in the business of selling tokens.
I build the foundation for your agent and you do the work locally via my MCP server. My platform acts as the brains and organizing structure. This absolves me of having to directly edit your infrastructure which can be risky.
Of course you’ll still have fine grained control over what you allow to happen automatically and what should have human review first.
