Longest fast is in the books: ~44 hours I do intermittent fasting daily for roughly 20 hours nbd, and yesterday I decided to extend it to a "48." Everything felt great! ...except I was remiss with my electrolyte intake. Slight extremity cramping began around 36 hours and ramped up gradually through the end (and after) my breakfast. I tried LiquidIV toward the end to help alleviate, but it was honestly probably too late at that point. Cramps are easing now, and I love the bottomless pit that is my appetite. #fasting #foodstr

#PSA You may want to remove your #EDC from its holster, point it in a safe direction, and dump the magazine... My first round failed to eject, and I had 3 subsequent rounds in that magazine either fail to eject or not cycle completely. Bewildered, I loaded my spare magazine and fired every round with no issues. I then reloaded both magazines, and every round fired/cycled as it should. I'm thinking years of hand-cycling after cleaning my weapon pushed the bullet down into the cartridge, and even I've "rotated" that first round multiple times to avoid what inevitably happened, it happened anyway, multiple times.
