Ten days in the Cantal, in the heart of France, are behind us. With beautiful summer weather throughout our stay, we got to explore this relatively undiscovered part of France. Charming medieval houses with turrets, towers and slate roofs, picturesque villages, manor houses so beautiful they make your heart skip a beat, gentle valleys, dramatic gorges, alpine hiking trails, and cows grazing freely everywhere rather than being kept indoors. The whole family absolutely loved it, and we’d happily come back. The only downside? The 18-hour drive to get there 🤍 #france

Rip und Beth aus der Serie „Yellowstone“ verkörpern ein Paar, dass zeigt, wie männliche und weibliche Polarität ineinandergreifen. Rip ist sehr männlich in seinem Stoizismus, seiner Loyalität und seiner Bereitschaft, wenn nötig auch Gewalt anzuwenden, um das was ihm lieb ist zu schützen. Beth ist aufgrund von Traumata nicht in ihrer weiblichen Mitte. Sie ist zwar emotional, aber auch sehr hart gegenüber anderen und sich selbst. Interessant wird das im Zusammenspiel mit Rip. Denn er steigt auf ihr Drama nicht ein und zieht sich nicht beleidigt zurück. Er ist da, er beschützt sie und er setzt ihr Grenzen. Und bleibt dabei dennoch weich und liebevoll. Er ist in seiner männlichen Mitte. Und das ermöglicht Beth letztendlich, ihm gegenüber ebenfalls weicher zu werden, zu vertrauen und sich hinzugeben. Männliche und weibliche Polarität kann unglaublich heilsam und kraftvoll sein, wenn die Frau aus ihrem Drama aussteigt und der Mann sich nicht vermeidend zurückzieht 🤍 #masculinity #femininity

Today, my husband and I went hiking on the Ronde de Salers, just the two of us. It’s a truly enchanting trail, leading for much of the way between moss-covered dry stone walls, with Salers cattle grazing peacefully in the fields beyond. Every now and then, the view opens up to the majestic Puy Mary and the beautiful little town of Salers 🤍 #france #nature #foodstr
