Today was that time again: the pantry needed to be tidied, sorted through, and thoroughly cleaned. Unfortunately, we also inherited pantry moths from the previous owners of the house. And even though we store everything those dreadful creatures like in glass jars, there comes a point every summer when a few of them show up again. We know all the tricks and follow them diligently. But in an old house with thousands of little hiding places, there are simply some things you have to learn to live with to a certain extent. In any case, this is one of my least favorite chores, and after three hours, I’m very happy to finally be done 🤍 #foodstr

So ein schöner Sommerabend. Meine Tochter und ich sind mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt gefahren und wieder zurück. Ich liebe die sanften Hügel, auf denen die Gerste langsam gelb wird und die Mohnblumen am Feldrand. Ich hab die Zeit mit ihr einfach genossen und nicht mal ein Foto gemacht.
