#Epstein or the Good, the True, and the Beautiful So far, you’ve mostly seen good morning posts on my account. Horses, dogs, and other gentle moments from my life, thoughts about love, everyday experiences connected to #libertarianism and #Bitcoin. Superficial and naive? Perhaps. But like everyone here, I only show a small fragment of what interests me, what I do, and what I think about. I am not someone who closes her eyes to reality and says that what I do not see does not exist. I am willing to look, even when it hurts. This applies to the evil in the world just as much as to the uncomfortable truths within myself. But just as honestly as I look, and just as important as it is for me to stay informed about what is happening around me, it is equally important for me to step back from it. I look. I reflect. I consider what I can do within my own sphere of influence. I act. And I decide when and with what I allow myself to be burdened. Because we must not allow ourselves to be consumed by evil. We must not feed it. We must turn our attention to the Good, the True, and the Beautiful. And I find that in the many small moments of everyday life and I share them with anyone who wishes to see 🤍

#Satoshi and #Nakamoto our two quail roosters. They hatched here and were raised by us. Satoshi couldn’t walk at first, and I nursed him by hand for two weeks. He gets to stay with us forever. But since two roosters are one too many, Nakamoto is now moving to a nearby village, where he’ll have the honor of delighting the hens 🤍

Warum poste ich auf Nostr? Ich habe immer geschrieben aber nie gepostet. Gedanken in Worte zu fassen, ist für mich eine Art sie zu sortieren, klarer zu machen und manchmal auch gehen zu lassen. Ich mag das. Und ich mag es, an den verschriftlichten Gedanken anderer teilzuhaben, dadurch neue Impulse zu bekommen oder zu sehen, dass es andere gibt, die ähnlich wie ich denken. Auf den herkömmlichen Social Media Plattformen wollte ich nie aktiv teilhaben, weil ich nicht für diese zentrale Macht arbeiten wollte. Hier auf Nostr gehören mir meine Worte selbst, auch dann, wenn ich sie teile und nicht nur in meine Notiz App tippe. Wer sie lesen möchte, liest sie und wer das nicht möchte, scrollt einfach weiter. Und manchmal teilt ihr mit mir eure Gedanken zu dem, was ich geschrieben habe und das wiederum erweitert meinen Horizont. Wunderbar 🤍 #Nostr
