Watched the plague (2026), a psychological horror film Directed by Charlie Polinger. The story takes place at a waterpolo camp for boys. An awkward 12 year old tries to fit in with the group. He gets mixed up with a barbaric ritual where the campers target a camper with an allegedly transmissible disease they call “the plague”. As the bullying intensifies, his desire for being part of the group leads to disturbing consequences. I really enjoyed this one. The acting was excellent. It reminded me of the first hour of Full Metal Jacket, Pile wanting to fit in and failing. Very anxiety provoking. Also funny at times. 8.2/10 #nodereviews
