I was going to just have tufu eggs and cold cuts on toast but then I felt like eating vegetables so I made a stir-fry as well.
I then ate some cereal and mixed nuts for desert, I've got some mandarins to eat later.
Before I started trying to put on weight recently, I wouldn't have been able to eat this much in a day let alone all at once. But this is on top of the sausage rolls, cereal, boiled eggs, and biscuits I had earlier.
Crazy how the stomach can stretch and strink so much, in my teens this would have been nothing, I used to stack 3 pizzas on top of each other and eat the whole thing back then.
For the past 4 or so years I was only eating one meal a day, just because couldn't be bothered eating felt like a chore.
Now I'm exercising more I'm actually enjoying the food a lot more as well.
