Spare a thought for our friends in Mozambique. Cyclone Gezani has wreaked havoc and Tofo was particularly hard hit. @Bitcoin Tofo does not currently have electricity or internet access, but, with assistance from @Bitcoin Famba they've set up a channel for donations through a local coconut-oil producing factory near Tofo. The BoaGente factory was recently on-boarded to accept Bitcoin as payment, they have generators and therefore back-up power. The factory workers are all Tofo residents and while no-one wants to see disaster hit, this may be an opportunity to see the power of building Bitcoin Circular Economies in action!
