Most people think resistance looks loud. It doesn’t 🤫 Systems don’t collapse because people fight them. They collapse because people stop needing them. Using Bitcoin day to day isn’t a protest or rebellion, it’s opting out of a rigged game while living your life. No permission needed to save 💰 No permission needed to trade 🔁 No permission needed to coordinate 🌍 One Bitcoin coffee means nothing ☕️ Thousands doing it quietly makes control fragile. Real change doesn’t overthrow power, it makes it irrelevant🧱➡️🌱 ______________ The above was shared by the founders of @BitcoinWitsand in their local WhatsApp group.

Watch the Painted Shack owners shopping at our Bitcoin Ekasi Thrift Shop 🧡 They don’t cash out their sats to fiat they use Bitcoin as money. This is Bitcoin education in action: paying with Bitcoin at local spaza shops that accept it. That’s exactly what we teach. We also encourage them to spread the word and invite others, even those without painted shacks, to visit our thrift shop. We’re Bitcoin-only. We’ll keep building Bitcoin education in our community. ⚡️

Good morning. Spending sats is a gateway to saving Bitcoin. Stablecoins are financial surveillance and exploitation tools. That's all. Thanks!

We have more followers on Nostr than on X but we get significantly more interactions on X; likes, reposts and comments, though I'm sure a lot of those are bots. Anyway, just figured that's kinda interesting.

At our thrift store, community members 'buy' donated clothes using Bitcoin, but nothing is priced higher than 200 sats, and nothing is pricedin fiat. This is how Bitcoin wins: by helping people understand it, through practical application. Once they experience it, they see that Bitcoin is money. And we’re already seeing the shift… Because people are asking how they can start saving in Bitcoin. 🧡₿

The Painted Shacks owners continue to visit our Bitcoin Ekasi Center to learn more about Bitcoin. As part of their agreement, they are responsible for keeping the areas around their shacks clean and attending at least one Bitcoin education session each month in order to qualify for their monthly sats payout.
