What happened to @Alby ? It seems like the simple “install this browser extension” user experience is replaced with a more complicated flow that requires running nodes? Was this a regulatory change forced on them? I don’t think I want to pay 21,000 sats a month because I barely used it, last time I logged in to it was 1 year ago. What’s the best way to use lightning with Nostr on an iPhone in Canada for zapping?

I am not a fan of these @Blink Wallet notifications 😅 Anyone else think it’s odd for your bitcoin lightning wallet to be sending you notifications like this? Maybe I’m just too sensitive because I don’t want to see the price all the time.

I have not checked the price of Bitcoin since it crashed down to $50k and I bought some. What’s that, 10 days or so? This is the longest I've gone without knowing the price of corn since 2016. There was a good year in 2015/2016 that I was completely disconnected from everything and it was blissful.

This is the new me. Lots of rice. Lots of lean meat. Lots of veggies. I finished my fat loss phase in April of this year, down from 21% bodyfat in 2023 to 12% bodyfat mid 2024. In April I hired a fitness coach to help me, and he did something I didn’t expect. At 41 he put me on a whole food diet and told me to cut out salt, protein powders and supplements all together. I’ve been in the gym 5X a week since April, and my body craves natural foods now and my metabolism is RAMPED. I’m eating nearly double what I was when I was trying to lose fat, and I’m not gaining fat I’m staying lean. 3300 calories a day and he wants me to get to 4000. I started adding 1 protein shake a day while I’m in Cape Breton. Proof of Work. Don’t let people tell you that you need TRT to get fit at 40. The last pic is Feb 2024 AFTER 1 year of fat loss (this is when I committed to building a Citadel Body) to 2024. This is my new lifestyle, the discipline and consistency is building to all areas of my life. By 2025 I’ll be ready to harness the inevitability of Bitcoin and be strong enough to help more people and create the things I want to see in the world. I hope everyone can find their citadel self.

I got a 45% increase on lat pulldown today with the straps. I was running into a limit based on my forearms tiring out on a BACK exercise. Straps are a great tool.

Recently Apple updated something so whenever you say something with AirPods in, the volume drops. Now whenever I sing along to the song with my AirPods in, the music lowers for some reason. What a dumb UX. Anyone know how to stop this.
