I couldn’t get any Nostr extension to run on Safari so I tried nsec.app and it’s amazing!

I’m currently building a personal dashboard that tracks the some things I’m interested in: Bitcoin, GME and AI ETFs. I’m a non-technical amateur who is not invested in traditional finance (there is no second best!), but am interested in opportunities that have limited downside and massive potential upside. They are few and rare, of course. AI is integrated to analyze the information and run it against my “investment thesis”. It’s an educational project but interesting nonetheless.

I don’t read the manual, I just learn by doing. Inefficient? Probably. Effective? You bet! Something tells me that after vibe-coding a hundred different projects I will actually understand how things work under the hood.

One thing a vibe-coder cannot be at this point is an open-source developer, I guess. — Nice PR! How does it work exactly? — I don’t know. I spoke it into existence.

There’s no reason to not believe that publicly available AI models are one or two generations behind what already exists in private labs.

Apparently, I like the process of vibe-coding a bit more than the results. I like results, too, but I want to jump back in after achieving them.

When I was I kid, I was excited about the sci-fi future portrayed in Hollywood movies. Robots, AI, flying cars, holograms, etc. Then I “woke up” to the other side of the coin: total control, surveillance, a possible machine uprising. And now, for some reason, I’m getting excited again. On the one hand, childhood dreams are coming true. On the other hand, I have a more mature conscience. I’m ready for the new world.
