You guys I tried aikido for the first time tonight and I am OBSESSED. It feels so natural, and yes, complex, but intuitive… like dancing + chess + energy work. 🥋🌊

Today I ran an hour (4.75 miles total). At altitude! And my HR didn’t go above 172 the entire time. Huge win - my heart & legs are getting stronger!
