Had one glass of red wine with my steak at end of year dinner last night. Nothing major but does not count as a sober day. 51 days from last 53 zero alcohol. Reset and go again. Healthy Christmas, New Year and Q1 ahead. Good start to today on the trainer.

I really can’t get over the anti-redmeat sentiment that seems to permeate society. So many colleagues and friends love a rib-eye but are still fully bought into the “saturated fat is bad” narrative. Yet the doughnuts and coke are just fine and elicit zero comments, whilst a plate of red meat and eggs has everyone lecturing me on my consumption. Main stream media believers. #carnivore
