Pão de Queijo baked in a Madeleine pan — not traditional, but it works perfectly! Crispy outside, chewy inside, and the shape is kinda cute too 😍😚 #foodstr
Tonkatsu, miso soup and some edamame! Sooo comforting 😌 Itadakimasu! #foodstr image
GM 🌞 I try, I fail, and I try again. Every bake teaches me something new. #foodstr #sourdough
Planting tomatoes in hot, humid weather is quite a challenge—especially during the rainy season. I’ve dealt with so many fungal diseases and lost plenty of plants. No wonder so many gardeners and farmers turn to chemicals; they can’t afford to lose any of their yield. Bitcoin fixes this! image
A little sun this morning after weeks of grey skies. I baked #sourdough, and this girl is patiently waiting for her dad to make her some toast—he’s the toast master in this house! I’ve tried to copy him, but I swear he’s got some secret. It’s just butter, honey, and salt, but somehow it’s sooo good!! #foodstr #dogstr
Kind of a hybrid between a chocolate mousse and a smoothie bowl 🤤🤌🏽 #foodstr image
I had Crying Tiger for dinner! 😭 🐅 Don’t worry—it’s not tiger meat 😅 It’s marinated skirt steak, usually char-grilled, but I did my version pan-seared. Crying Tiger (เสือร้องไห้ - Suea Rong Hai) comes from Northeastern Thailand (Isaan), where the food is all about big, bold, spicy, and sour flavors that go perfectly with sticky rice. I also made a spicy chicken lemongrass soup to round things out. But why the name Crying Tiger? Some say the meat is so delicious it could make a tiger cry for more. Others say a tiger would cry if you took it away. Either way, it’s one of those dishes that’s simple but sooo satisfying. #foodstr #siamstr image
GM 💕 That crackle sound is the best part of fresh bread 😌🙂‍↕️ #foodstr #sourdough image
