Homemade gnocchi—humble ingredients, big comfort. 😌 I like using half regular potatoes and half sweet potatoes; it gives a gentle sweetness and the perfect soft, pillowy texture. They’ll be going into a marinara sauce with some salted pork belly. 🤤 #foodstr
GM ☔️ It’s been raining all night and it’s still coming down. Thought a little vitamin C would be good for this kind of weather, so I cut up some oranges for us. The bread came out of the oven just as I brewed a cup of coffee, and now the whole house smells like a tiny bakery. 😌😌😌😌😌 Wishing you all a wonderful day! #foodstr #coffeechain #sourdough
Rainy day today, so I’m taking things at a slower pace. Went for a run, did some bodyweight exercises, cleaned the floors, and cut up some fruit to chill for later. Made myself a coffee with a tiny heart latte art, and prepped some dough for bread and tortillas. Daddy’s busy fixing the fence (since one of the girls sneaked out to say hi to the security guard yesterday 😅), so I’m putting together a little smoothie bowl for him as a treat before he heads to work. Wishing everyone a wonderful day! #foodstr
Got some pink guava from a sweet grandma. She honestly told me it wouldn’t be as sweet as usual because of all the heavy rain we had last week. #foodstr image
I keep seeing @GJM baking tea biscuits and it makes me drool every time!! So, I figured I had to do something about it 😝 Yes, that’s Nutella, butter, and salt… but honestly, we still prefer just butter, honey, and a pinch of salt. image
A golden, hearty loaf to start the day is such a simple joy, but one of the best 🙂‍↕️ #foodstr #sourdough
Poke bowls for two! I made my own mayo for the sauce instead of using Kewpie—turned out less sweet but still tasty. Had some extra marinated tuna, so that went straight into hand rolls. 🤤 Happy belly, happy me! 😁😁😁 #foodstr
Khao Kluk Kapi (ข้าวคลุกกะปิ) – ‘Kapi’ means shrimp paste. It’s fried rice with shrimp paste sauce, topped with a colorful mix of tasty ingredients. I personally think this dish is a showcase of just how rich Thai cuisine can be. It uses a variety of ingredients, each prepared in a specific way, taking flavors from both land and sea. I used beef instead of the usual pork belly because we prefer leaner meat. The best way to eat it is to take a little of each topping in every bite to enjoy all the flavors and textures together. #foodstr #siamstr image
Spotted this fluffy thing while doing shoulder presses. 🥰 My advice: always keep some dried chicken in your pocket—you never know who you’ll run into! 🐾 #catstr
