From beans to block — I just made tofu!! 🥹 It’s my very first time and of course there’s room to improve, but I’m honestly so happy with how it turned out 🥹💛 #foodstr

Healthy skin and a shiny coat don’t come from fancy shampoo. It all starts with good food and regular exercise. Oily fish 🐟 like salmon, mackerel, capelin, or sardines are full of Omega-3s, which are great for your dog’s skin and coat. Eggs are another good choice — easy to find and packed with nutrients. But the most important part? Exercise! A healthy body weight helps your dog groom themselves better. When their skin is in good condition, parasites are less likely to bother them. #dogstr
My kinda pizza sauce - Fresh basil is preferred, but I used all of it for pesto last night 🫠 image
Anyone love dates (I mean the fruit)? I really like Miriami from Iran Are there any similar kinds out there? What’s your favorite kind and why? 🌴😊 #asknostr #foodstr image
Durian – the fruit that looks like a grenade and smells like a nuke! 💣😂 It’s known as the ‘King of Fruits’ in Southeast Asia. The smell? Super strong. The taste? Sweet, creamy, and custardy. You’ll find durian in all kinds of treats …ice cream, cake, smoothies, chips even mooncakes! I’m not the biggest fan, but it’s durian season and the farms around here are full of them. Can’t let it slide! Anyone else got a love-hate thing with durian? #foodstr
We’ve had a few rich dinners lately, so I’m going with something lighter, but still comforting. Made butadon (豚丼) – a teriyaki pork bowl – with some gyoza I froze a few weeks ago, and a little miso soup on the side to help everything flow better. For the teriyaki sauce, I always use this easy mix: 1 part shoyu, 1 part mirin, 1 part sake, and a bit of sugar to your taste. Just bring it to a boil, then let it simmer for 10–15 minutes. Simple and tasty. #foodstr
Open-Faced Gai Go-Lae Sandwich on Homemade Potato Bread Gai Go-Lae (ไก่กอและ) is a beloved street food from southern Thailand, especially popular among Thai Muslims. It features chicken marinated in a rich, spicy coconut curry paste and traditionally grilled over charcoal for that unmistakable smoky flavor. For a simpler take, I skipped the grill. I par-steamed the chicken, then finished it in the oven at 350°F (180°C), brushing on extra sauce and flipping every 5–10 minutes for about 20 minutes. Still bold and satisfying—just with less mess and cleanup. #foodstr #siamstr image
Swimming Rama (พระรามลงสรง) is not something you see often in restaurants these days. From what I understand, it’s a dish that blends Thai-Chinese and Indo-Malay Muslim influences. Traditionally, it’s made with blanched meat—like pork, chicken, or shrimp—and vegetables such as water spinach, Chinese cabbage, or bok choy. It’s topped with a peanut sauce that’s similar to satay, but lighter and not as thick. In my version, I slow-cook beef in coconut milk to make it extra tender. Since the sauce can be quite rich, I serve it with pickles and a spicy noodle salad to help balance the flavors and keep the meal from feeling too heavy. #foodstr #siamstr
Ciao, bella! The best part of making pizza at home? I can pile on as many toppings as I want. 🍕🤌🏽 #foodstr
