This dude was just in the bathroom, at Costco. I snapped this pic just as an employee came up and told him as soon as he got his pizza, he needed to leave. Something about safety and health code....
I've only seen 3 people in public restrooms barefoot in my life, and I've seen it twice this week alone.
WTF people.
