Saturday Feels I am missing my old company and thr friendship I creeated with a lot of people there. I am missing all the hangouts and the fun. But growing is part of our lives... People come and go. I really wishing them to be well... Even we say "see you on the next company", I knew itcwill be quite impossible. Metro manila is such a wide place. Hundreds to thousands of companies inside.... [Feature Request] I’ve been thinking about ways we can improve content authenticity and encourage more original creators on this platform. Two suggestions: 1. AI / Manipulation Labeling: Full disclosure—I use AI tools myself! But I believe there’s a proper way to post it. It would be amazing to have a feature or tag that labels an image as AI-generated or manipulated. It’s all about transparency so everyone knows what they are looking at. Push for Original Content: Let's find ways to promote and highlight our own real pictures and videos! I've been seeing a lot of posts that just copy/paste random media from other places on the internet. More organic, original content makes the feed so much better. Thank you. #bchnostr-feedback

I am seeing a lot of recommended jobs in Jobstreet, and that's because I really made my resume strong and HR friendly. (Well of course I am working also as an HR in a private company) that is why I know how things work in Recruitment. Well I still don't think that this is the best time to join other company for the reason that I still manage my work here in my current job. I think the only think I really feel pressure about is the recruitment given that I have to source thousands of applicants and I am the only one who does that. 😿

I decided to eat here alone because there's a lot of people in the other fast food chains While walking, I had a feeling of a cold, and my eyes are getting watery. Maybe I need to wear my sunglasses from now on. But there is something I really feel inside... I think there will be a flu coming. Last Mother's Day I received a special Starbucks card from the building I work. And up to now I haven't use it. I think around 500 pesos worth of SB coffee and bread are also included. They gave these to all moms inside the building and I am one of the chosen ones to receive. They were nice but the moment they gave it to me, other staff was like, "ma'am are you really now a mother? you just looked like a fresh graduate, can I see a pic of your son?" And of course I showed it to her. What a good moment it was. 🤣
