At #BalticHoneybadger I saw Bitcoiners globally unite like Voltron. Witnessed firsthand people from all over the world building a protocol and collaborating without a central planner – so inspiring. Loved meeting old friends and new ones IRL.

A UX area that is largely unexplored: how users actually use eCash and how frequently they interact with mint settings. Curious how Fedi is tackling this from a design POV.
Yo Nostr, which of these layouts do you prefer and why? A or B? Need your feedback.

Stumbled upon
again. Met someone at Infinity Day recommending it. Anyone tried it? What's the good word?

Feels like we’re in the bitcoin twitter kayfabe era. Swan face-heel turn, Udi working on his redemption arc.
I thought @mempool would let users bump the fee for RBF-enabled unconfirmed transactions in their GUI. Did I misremember this? Their documentation (mempool.space/docs/faq) doesn't support it and shows no roadmap hints. Anyone else recall hearing this?
I’m retiring my usage of the word non-custodial and replacing it with self-custodial.
I don’t fully understand it but I very much love and appreciate this meme.

Throwback to a 2015 design I'm still proud of.

Exploring Bitcoin UX history and found 'Piper Wallet' from a 2013 Bitcoin Talk post. It's a tiny Linux computer with a printer and button. Press it, and it generates a public/private key pair, then prints the keys with QR codes.

Bitcoin: Hard Money You Can't F*ck With – Why bitcoin will be the next global reserve currency
Very cool to hear Pieter Wuille discussing miniscript and the possibilities it could unlock back in 2019. Tune in at the 25 min mark.
Deeply inspired by the overwhelmingly positive response to the #Bitcoin discourse at the Oslo Freedom Form from human rights activists worldwide, including those from Nicaragua & Venezuela. No need to convince them of Bitcoin's value - they grasp it intuitively, they've used it.
