Rest day. I used my forced rest day for a longer stretching session. I started a year ago because I wanted to fix my poor posture. Now I’m doing Hyrox two times a week and I’m preparing for my second marathon. Every journey starts with the first step. 🙏

Again my coach says I should take it easy. Might have something to do with our youngest one and her nightly Muay Thai session. Got a lot of elbows and knees to my body 😂

Unplanned rest day. I’m really impressed how good my Garmin watch knows me. If my first Hyrox session on Monday morning since two weeks wasn’t enough load, the evening killed me. I was supposed to drink two glasses of wine with some friends of mine. In the end the owner of the winery sat at our table 😂

This is so fucking unbelievable. Which technology / social movement / religion / [put name here] could have led to a discussion like that instead of Bitcoin? Talking about Bitcoin as a payment technology or a store of value does not even come close to its true value. Bitcoin enables a new kind of Renaissance and we are witnessing it live ❤️
