53/176 Unplanned rest day. I’m really impressed how good my Garmin watch knows me. If my first Hyrox session on Monday morning since two weeks wasn’t enough load, the evening killed me. I was supposed to drink two glasses of wine with some friends of mine. In the end the owner of the winery sat at our table πŸ˜‚
