Free Olympic Coverage is available on Nos! Love the Olympics but finding it difficult to keep up with your favorite events given the splintered coverage? Nos is partnering with Journalism Accelerator journalist @Global Sports Central to provide free highlights and select real-time coverage of the Olympics. To access, log into Nos starting July 24. Here are the fixes and features in this release: - Added a Tap to Refresh button in empty profiles. - Added support for nostr:naddr links to text and long-form content notes. - Added support for paid/authenticated relays (NIP-42). - Added impersonation flag category and better NIP-56 mapping. - Fixed a bug where publishing a note to one relay would publish to all relays. - Fixed a bug where multiple connections could be opened with the same relay. - Fixed an issue where Profile views would sometimes not display any notes. - Fixed deep linking to profiles and notes. - Fixed issue where some nostr:nprofile references did not appear as links. - Updated the reply count shown below each note in a Feed. - Removed follower count from profile screen. We’re back with another hidden feature in Nos! User Handles This identifier is another mechanism of verifying a public key belongs to the account you think it does. Formatted like an email address, it often sits in a user profile. Nos users can set a user handle in Nos either after signing up for a Nostr account or by logging in with an existing private key.
