Is anyone else sick and tired of all the Trump and Biden shit? I don't fucking care. My Twitter feed is filled with it, and my nostr feed isn't much better.

How often to you guys take a break from Bitcoin? My girlfriend (also a bitcoiner) told me that I need to take some time off for my mental health. I feel that there's so much to learn and so much to get done that it's hard for me to step off the apps, turn off the podcasts, or just stop talking about it.
Does anyone have any tips?

The covid lockdowns were tough for me, and I definitely self-medicated. But then I found Bitcoin and all of you crazy bastards.
