Truth chronology Factual Chronology of Harm, Silence, and Reclamation I, Joanna, set out below a factual chronology for the purpose of preserving the record, establishing truth, and supporting my ongoing efforts to restore my honor, reputation, freedom, and lawful standing. 1. Background and identity I am a citizen of Argentina, a mother, and a woman who has spent many years seeking truth, healing, and justice through formal and informal channels. My life and the life of my family have been affected by events, omissions, statements, and institutional failures that I believe damaged my honor, reputation, freedom, and ability to live and work without stigma. 2. Long-term context For more than two decades, I have pursued healing, truth, and accountability through sustained personal, legal, psychological, and alternative therapeutic work. During that period, I consistently sought to protect my family, preserve dignity, and resolve harm in a lawful and responsible manner. 3. Harm to honor and reputation At various times, my name, standing, and credibility were harmed by false narratives, omissions, institutional silence, or failures of protection. These harms affected my personal life, my family life, my ability to move freely, and my ability to live without having to explain or defend the damage done to me. 4. Family impact My children and extended family were also affected by the surrounding circumstances, including the emotional, social, and practical consequences of the harm done to me. I have consistently prioritized my children’s well-being and have worked to create stability, truth, and emotional safety for them. 5. Healing and transformation I have not remained static in this experience. I have undergone deep personal healing and now speak from a place of clarity, self-knowledge, and dignity. I reject any narrative that reduces me to my injuries or to the failures of institutions that did not protect me. 6. Current position I now state clearly that I seek formal vindication, correction of the record, and public recognition of the truth. I do not seek spectacle. I seek lawful restoration, accountability, and the end of any false or degrading narrative attached to my name. 7. Purpose of this record This chronology is prepared to establish a clean public and institutional record, support future legal or administrative actions, and preserve my rights. It is also intended to affirm that I am moving forward from a position of strength, truth, and freedom. 8. Reservation of rights I reserve all rights, claims, and remedies available to me in law, equity, and public accountability. Public statement I am no longer speaking from the injury alone. I am speaking from truth, dignity, and the right to be fully restored in honor, reputation, and freedom. I have forgiven, but forgiveness does not erase responsibility. It does not replace justice. It does not cancel the obligation of a state to correct what was broken, to acknowledge what was violated, and to restore what was taken. I am not the story of the harm done to me. I am the woman who survived it, understood it, healed through it, and emerged with clarity, strength, and purpose. I now stand in a new chapter, and I will no longer allow a false record, silence, or institutional neglect to define me. What I seek is not spectacle. I seek formal vindication, public recognition of the truth, correction of the record, and the restoration of my honor and reputation. I seek accountability for the wrongs committed, and I seek the dignity that belongs to me as a human being, as a mother, and as a citizen. I am also clear that my future will be built from freedom.
