This is the old food storage house to the Church farm in my home town. We think that because of a new road the water have found new ways and made the ground softer and some of the poles/stone stacks have sunken a bit down. We have jacked the house up, in the middle, four stacks disassembled and done anew. We took two on the same beam line, then the next two. We had to digg deep to get underneath the soft soil, when you get down to the lighter layer, the soil is dead and can't compress anymore. So we build from that level. Last picture is the stone stack I took down at the end of today, and will reassemble it tomorrow. Hard work. Tight space to work under. Knees hurting.

My woman found this item in hidden in the grass just by our house. What a find! It's about 20cm tall. What to use it for? We are going to out this one on display😆😂

A lovely day to work outside on the big boat house. Lots of problem solving with the crew. Forgot to bring a spoon for my lunch, so had to improvise.

National day in Norway today. Not really my thing, to celebrate the state. But the day have some great aspects. We do like to parade on this day. Everyone is outside and gathering around games and icecream for the children, everyone is in a great mood and so nice to see the people in my area. Specially for us who have been away for a longer while. Barbeque at my sisters place and some beers in the afternoon. It's been a great day.
