Most people have never 100% a videogame so they don't understand why Millionaires, and Billionaires engage in Degenerate behavior. What happens when you complete a videogame, it gets boring after you've beaten the game, killed all bosses, and enemies, unlocked all the skins, buildings, weapons, etc. what is there left to do. It's the final high for the flesh, the ultimate satisfaction but like anything it gets used to that high, so you have to be more, and more depraved to get that same excitement. Most people won't understand this.
