~2013 - 2017 hey, this is a cool computer project.
2018 - 2019 hey, this Bitcoin thing is going to make me rich.
2020 - 2021 I'm not going to use Bitcoin since I lost money on it.
2021 - 2022 I need to learn about this Bitcoin thing.
2023 - I'm going to use Bitcoin as Money.
2024 - Bitcoin is inefficient as money, I'm going to use Monero.
2025 - I'm going to Buy a little Bitcoin just for its speculative use case but primarily transact in Monero, Z-cash, and Goldbacks but if I find a Bitcoin merchant I'll use it there.

So instead of harassing, and @-ing every dev all the time for ideas probably spammed to them 50 times already there was an easy place to go for users to submit ideas.
