Today, while studying Bayes' Theorem, I came across a truly intriguing case - Monty Hall problem. Imagine you’re on a game show. There are three closed doors: behind one is a prize, and behind the others nothing. You pick Door #1. The host, who knows what’s behind the doors, opens Door #3 to reveal it's empty and asks: "Do you want to stick with your choice or switch?" It took me half a day to wrap my head around why switching gives you a 66.6% chance of winning, while staying only gives you 33.3%. I even wrote a program to simulate it and prove by example that this is the case. It’s a perfect example of why it is important to think :)

8 days out to Chisinau Half Marathon. Today’s workout: 9.0km @6:25/km 133bpm. Tapering started but I feel quite tired. Hope that remaining 8 days of rest helps
