Is this enough to hold a 4:50 min/km pace for a Half Marathon in Moldova in 2 weeks? ๐ฒ๐ฉ

That was an incredible Z2 long run session today:
Duration: 1:33'47, Distance: 16.00 km, Avg Pace: 05'51/km, NGP: 05'37/km, Avg Heart Rate: 138 bpm
I cannot recall going under 6 min/km in Z2 for distances longer than 10 km.
I have just had my first run in two months where I wasn't focused on my injuries. It was just great!
