days out. Landed at 1 AM. From mediterranean sun to -9 degrees. Thermal shock is real - even more so when using public transportation. Today is strictly for biological renewal and deep stretching. Recharging the system before the final training block.

All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain... but I'll post them here first. Time to die? Not yet.
days out. 10.00 km @ 6:06 min/km. Knees are screaming from the hills. Ignored the watch, focused on mechanics to survive the terrain. Need that treadmill recovery and sauna ASAP.

days out. 200km monthly volume unlocked. Over 11.5 km of interval struggle.
Beautiful views, nightmare surface. Trying to hit splits on slippery Cyprus stones is a joke. The terrain killed the rhythm. Not particularly good place for training. I miss running at home.
days out. Operation hm140. 10.29 km @ 6:23 min/km | Avg HR: 139 bpm. Constant battle between maintaining Z2 and the hilly terrain. Had to improvise and find a flat 1km loop to execute the planned strides correctly. Tech issues with the watch display (no live pace during intervals) so I had to run by feel.

days out - visited the highest peak in Cyprus on my rest day.

days out. Running in Mediterranean sun. Long Run: 19.00km @ 6:20 min/km. Avg HR 142. Good execution of upper Zone 2 work in hilly terrain. Vitamin D loading. Would be nice to have an app that could monitor my heartbeat instead of constantly checking my running watch 🤔

days out. Second day of recovery. Finally my weight dropped… and almost a kilo in two days! Definitely on track with my half marathon goals.

days out. Recovery run. 7.2km @ 6:28 min/km. Avg HR 135. Early morning cold + fatigue from previous intervals. Ran by feel, ignored the watch. Now: 48h full reset. Next log coming from the Mediterranean sun
