59 days out. Recovery run. 7.2km @ 6:28 min/km. Avg HR 135. Early morning cold + fatigue from previous intervals. Ran by feel, ignored the watch. Now: 48h full reset. Next log coming from the Mediterranean sun

Sunday Zone 2 Long Run - 63 days to go
Distance 17.13 km Pace: 5:59 min/km
Key observation: mindfulness works. If you focus on the "here and now" your heartbeat stays lower. As soon as thoughts start to wander the HR spikes. Be present when running

Only/still 64 days to my half marathon event where I plan to break 1:40 min.
Today rest and recovery day - 4,5 kms easy walk and then sauna. Tomorrow (most likely) will be my first day training outdoors.

Key interval session done: 5x1km.
The Data: 4:15 ➔ 4:09 min/km progression. Max HR capped at 172 bpm. The engine wasn't “redlining” yet.
Analyzed the workout files and the projection is clear: the sub 1:40 HM goal for March is technically secured. The challenge now isn't speed, but patience and suppressing the ego.
Next: Active recovery tomorrow, then a disciplined 18km strictly in Zone 2 on Sunday.
