The last 7 pigs of the season just got dropped off at the processor. Joel Slatin is spot on when he says loading pigs can make you question your religion. When people say they've contemplated just shooting the pig and dragging it onto the trailer, they're on point. 🤣

Went out to see the pigs, they're heading to freezer camp soon. We're debating cutting off the pork operation. The meat is incredible and our customers really appreciate the quality, but grain is at $5/lb for the packaged meat and processing is the same. Nobody can afford or I'd willing to pay $15/lb for any meat, regardless of how healthy or good it is. What are your thoughts?
