Dear Damus Diary: Feels like I’m wearing a tin foil hat with some recent thoughts. For example, CBDC will happen regardless of administration and will be integrated in a sly roundabout way (not marketed as that acronym, but as a Stablecoin). The housing market is a complete disaster, with excessive amounts of real estate inventory. AI is taking over some positions, which is not a bad thing, thinking from a LEAN perspective, but with that comes unemployment, which trickles directly and indirectly. Feeling like we are in the Thrill phase chopping alittle until the Euphoria phase which will lead us to a two year bear.
