Should Rightshift be 100% audience funded? (Merch and zaps) I've discussed a few sponsorship deals but so far, non makes me feel comfortable.

Finished translating the main part of the Fiat Standard in high fever. Took anice long break watching 3 episodes of Yu Yu Hakusho. Feeling much better now. GN Nostriches, will work on the Acknowledgement tomorrow before going back to focus my attention on revising the Bitcoin Standard.

It's done All that's left is the foreword and some editing.

One of the best comeback I've read on "You can't touch Bitcoin so it isn't real! greee!!" remark actually came from my father. "Haven't you ever heard of arupha bhrama? As being ascends toward a higher state of being, they'd naturally lose their rupa. (physical form) Bitcoin is the same." That gave me a chuckle.

Bitcoin is 40k The fee rate is 50-120 sats/vbyte and we are making a huge fuss about it. I think this is worrisome, Bitcoin will not survive without a high enough fee rate. It will even be higher in the future (and by then, inscriptions will be priced out), we need to realized that this is the inevitable truth and build with this truth in mind.
