This is my pug coding companion.
I figured that it would take a month or two for a developer to familiarize themselves (with my very bad codebase) before they could give me advice on how to improve.
ChatGPT 5.3 Codex took 5 minutes for advice on a complete phased hardening plan, plus initial implementation.
I just started to use ChatGPT5.3 Codex.
All I can say is ‘Holy S***!’
Cloud: Someone else’s computer.

My takeaway from this chart:
The goal is to build a global infrastructure capability that is ambivalent to whether you are a threat or an ally. This can only be done with cryptography at its base.

I’ve crunched it down to this - if you have private funds, portable records, and some means to initiate a transaction using an out-of-band channel (such as a QR code), you’re unstoppable.
