Something from the vaults. Not sure if it's more suitable for a short- or long form note. I'll probably include it in The Basics of Yoga pt. 2 (the keys to life in the first chapter are "fun" and "sacrifice" and even though I haven't begun the 2nd one (or have I...?) the keys in that one are "create" and "let go"). Anyway... "GIVING YOURSELF TO THE WORLD" Sharing yourself with the world, the universe, is, in a broad sense, the meaning of life. Because life prepares us for death and in death, we give our very lives to the universe and dissipate into the cosmic unity of everything. The process already starts when we are born. Everywhere we go and everything we do, think, say, we leave traces of ourselves, our ideas, our love, our life energy as it flows through us. So as we live out our lives, we are continually sharing, discarding and giving away fragments of ourselves to the world. The death of the physical body and thus letting go of any worldly possessions and relationships is just the final note that the whole symphony crescendos towards. Thus, I believe, one of the goals in the game of life is to give away as much of yourself as possible before the actual death. The more you give, the more united you become with the source and the easier and more pleasant the process of passing away will be. Written 3 December 2022, Mullumbimby, Australia

IDK about y'all but I was in a terrible headspace for the last 2 days. Didn't sleep last night either, but I'd rather take not sleeping than not wanting to wake up. Anyway, I finally got some work done, the Sun is shining and Spring is here. Life's not that terrible after all. If you're out there, having a bad day, just remember: everything is temporary :) There will be good days and there will be bad days, and we can't judge our lives or ourselves by either of them. Sending you love, peace and happiness ☀️ 🌻 🧡

3 years ago, on March 18 2023, I published the first public draft of a piece called "Unified Creation Energy Theory" (UCET, get it?) I was traveling in Cambodia at the time, kind of lost, but had a clear understanding of how the physical/material part of reality was being used to drain us of energy and agency. I had a far-fetched idea of making a self-made documentary about "The Kingdom of Death" i.e. how this spiritual warfare was being waged against us, against life. I was already filming some footage for it, when a more complete picture was starting to form in my head as well as in the notes in my journal. I entered a state which I can only describe as divine inspiration, or perhaps madness, and worked to write it all down. I also made sure to publish it ASAP because I figured that if this was as accurate as I thought it was, doing so was of utmost importance. The first draft was ready in less than a week, first public draft in ~2 weeks, and the second, updated version of the public draft another month from there. Thinking that I was onto something big, I sent the article to a whole bunch of spiritually/philosophically inclined bitcoiners as well as podcasters. Most ignored me. However, some took the time to read it and within the 3 years since, a bunch of other people have joined those ranks. Here's what some people have said about it: "Wow. This a very powerful piece pulling together a lot of disciplines. For those with a philosophical bent I think you will be blown away. " — @Lawrence Lepard "Totally on the same page, my friend." — @RedTailHawk "Dude save some knowledge for the rest of us! 😅 Great read! Fantastic thinking! 🤙" — @Michael Dunworth "Have not experienced that kind of depth since diving with whale sharks off of Holbox. Thank you for sharing." — JW on X "I want to smoke what that dude is smoking. Seems like a surreal experience." — some guy on Reddit I'll be posting the 2023 draft on nostr soon. God willing, I will also do an updated version of it this year. In the meantime, feel free to read the 2023 draft on Medium: https://medium.com/@mckontext/unified-creation-energy-theory-ucet-8814041ed94c PS. If you enjoy it, any and all #V4V contributions are highly appreciated and will serve both as material input as well as motivation to get the next version ready.

One of the best things I did in 2025 was start making my own sourdough. If you're in the Suure-Jaani area in Estonia, I'm more than happy to bake some on request: 7 € per loaf (~800 g). image #foodstr #bakestr

We train the body so it wouldn’t be disobedient to the mind. We train the mind so it wouldn’t be disobedient to the spirit. We train the spirit so it wouldn’t be disobedient to God.

You can (and will) experience ego death whenever you fail to meet your own expectations. This is why greatness is so rare.

Will be re-posting a bunch of shorter essays that used to live on Stacker News only here within the next couple of days... then a new essay. Then the audio version of Bitcoin from a Stoic Perspective. And then, chapter by chapter, the audiobook version of A Stoic Resurrection. At least that's the current plan. Things may change. In any case: Stay safe & Stay tuned 🫡
